I write. That is the essence of my professional life. This blog will be predominantly about health, fitness, longevity, sports and wellbeing- with crossovers into mental health and other wellness topics. Feel free to check back here if you find use in it. I will be updating this bi-weekly at most, a more realistic goal is to post at least once a week. This website exists for me to promote myself professionally. However, this ‘Blog’ section is for me to explore the wellness topics that interest me personally.
